(1) The appellant, Hector Barrow, filed this appeal from the Superior Courts denial of his motion for post-conviction relief. The sole issue Barrow raises on appeal is a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel due to his counsels alleged failure to timely seek suppression of a co-defendants statement. We find no merit to Barrows appeal. Accordingly, we affirm the Superior Courts judgment.
